Fresh off their Super Bowl championship, the Seattle Seahawks are running it back with one of the league’s most electric offenses. However, there’s one glaring exception: Kenneth Walker (the Super Bowl MVP) is now a Kansas City Chief, leaving a massive question mark at the RB position.
Fantasy Football freaks know now that, like clockwork, when Kenneth Walker is out, Zach Charbonnet is an auto-start in fantasy. The problem is that Charbonnet suffered a devastating injury to his ACL during Seattle’s title run. With him likely spending a majority of the season on the shelf, who’s next up for the Seahawks?

In my mind, the choice is clear: Seattle used its first-round pick on RB Jadarian Price (above) out of Notre Dame because he looks like the next man up. Price played backup to third overall selection Jeremiyah Love last season, but still produced 674 yards and 11 TDs (6 ypc). His intangibles don't jump off the page, but when you watch him play, his vision and elusiveness look like those of an NFL starter.
On the fantasy side of things, I've seen Price ranked anywhere from RB22 to RB30, and that's where I start to get confused. Seattle ran the ball 507 times during the 2025 regular season, giving them the third-highest rushing attempt total in the NFL. With Charbonnet sidelined, Price should see a majority of the workload, and opportunity is king in fantasy football.
The Seahawks invested their top pick in him for a reason, so I expect him to start the season with a minimum of ten touches a game, and if he can make an impact early, it wouldn't surprise me if he takes over as the workhorse by week six or seven. And if that's the case, Price could finish as a top-12 to top-15 fantasy running back, making him one of the biggest values in 2026 drafts.
